We budget on using high quality joinery, fixtures and fittings. MCD believes in giving the best product we can deliver, therefore we have high quality control procedures in place, rejecting any sub-standard building materials.
Before construction you will be presented with a HIA (Housing Industry Association) or Master Builders contract. This will detail exactly what is included, the price, the payment structure and all of the terms and conditions of the contract. It is a legal requirement that all works over $3300 require a contract in place.
