This renovation achieved a strong balance between design quality and practical reconfiguration. Working closely with the clients and their design intent, the revised layout improves connection to the northern front yard and tennis court, delivering a more functional plan and a refreshed front façade.

The finished result reflects a collaborative effort between the clients and the broader project team, producing a well-resolved renovation that is both considered and genuinely transformative. In addition to a complete internal strip-out and rebuild, the project included the installation of a lift, a substantial audio-visual and automation package, and new landscaping works.
