PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Clifftop house is a traditional Teneriffe cottage that has had an elevated 3-storey ultra-modern extension. Whilst externally keeping the charm of the double brick, single gabled cottage, the extension is predominantly off form concrete and rendered block trimmed with rosewood timber windows and doors. It features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 offices, gym, cinema, external kitchen, multiple external entertaining spaces, lap pool and a golf green on the top floor – this house has it all.
The house has been designed to be extremely cool in summer, taking advantage of the 3.5-storey in height and natural convection air flows. To ensure heating and cooling can be adequately managed with minimal use of air conditioning, there are automated blinds, louvres and the top floor has thermostat controlled extraction fans.
