Paddington

A curtain of cascading, fairy-lit greenery at the entry of this revamped Paddington restaurant and bar announces the easy, breezy tropical vibe that perfectly encapsulates the sub-tropical Brisbane lifestyle.

Darling & Co occupies the building formerly know as the ‘Paddington Iceworks Bar’.  This fitout was designed by Angus Munro and features a 180 seat restaurant and four bars over two levels.  The venue has been designed to be split into multiple functions spaces.

Design focus is quite varied between the spaces, focused on giving individual experiences in the different function spaces.
